Enrolling is quick and easy. Click the "Enroll" button on this page or visit our login page and select "Enroll Now." You'll need your account number and Social Security number. The process takes just a few minutes, and you'll have immediate access once complete.

Yes. We use bank-grade encryption, multi-factor authentication, and continuous fraud monitoring to protect your accounts. Your login sessions automatically timeout after periods of inactivity, and we'll alert you immediately if we detect any suspicious activity.

Yes. You can link external accounts from other financial institutions and transfer funds between them. External transfers typically take 1–3 business days to complete. Internal transfers between your NuVista accounts are instant.

Once logged in, navigate to your account and select "Statements" or "Documents." You can view, download, or print statements and check images going back several years. We recommend enrolling in eStatements to go paperless and access documents faster.

Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset your password. If you're locked out after multiple failed login attempts, call Member Services at (888) 261‑7488 and we'll help you regain access. We make decisions and service your accounts locally.

No. Online Banking is free for all members. Bill Pay is also free when you have a checking account. There are no monthly fees or transaction limits for standard online banking activities.

Yes. To install the mobile app on your device, please see our Mobile Banking page. 

To delete or close your online banking account please call us at (888) 261-7488 and ask to have your online access removed.
