These Rates are current as of the above date and are subject to change on a weekly basis. It is the intention of NuVista Federal Credit Union to pay these dividends, however, they are subject to change and cannot be guaranteed.

**For early withdrawals on IRA Certificate Accounts:

IRA Certificates with a maturity of 12 months or less, the penalty is 90 days of dividends.

IRA Certificates with a maturity of 13-35 months, the penalty is 180 days of dividends.

IRA Certificates with a maturity of 36 months or longer, the penalty is 365 days of dividends.

The penalty is calculated as a forfeiture of the dividends that have been or would be earned on the account.
