Community Support

To Support and Enhance the Communities We Serve

NuVista Federal Credit Union is committed to improving the quality of life for the residents we serve in Montrose, Gunnison, Ouray and San Miguel counties. We will dedicate money, in-kind support, and volunteer resources that enhance and support these communities by targeting contributions and volunteer resources to organizations, programs, and causes in three general categories:

  • Education and Youth (emphasis on literacy and personal finance)
  • Basic Human Needs (emphasis on food, clothing, and shelter)
  • Community Development

You can request a donation from NuVista by completing and submitting a Donation Request Form. Once submitted, your request will be considered.

NuVista Federal Credit Union Funds

NuVista Federal Credit Union has established a Donations committee that is comprised of employees and board members of the credit union and resides within the counties we serve. The Credit Union’s emphasis on charitable giving and community outreach is shown through such.

The annual allocated funds serve as NuVista Federal Credit Union’s primary source of charitable giving and provides opportunities for the Credit Union, its members, and strategic partners to give back to the community, in the form of financial support to charities in the counties in which it serves. Recipients of funds, scholarships, time and support, will generally fall into one of the three key areas described above.

Requests for Charitable grants and volunteers
