ARE YOU INTERESTED IN VOLUNTEERING AS A NUVISTA BOARD MEMBER?

The election will not be conducted by ballot and there will be no nominations from the floor when the number of nominees equals the number of positions to be filled.  Nominations by petition will close on 3-13-2026. Nominations may also be made by petition signed by 1% of the Members with a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 500.  Nominations by petition must be accompanied by a signed certificate from the Nominee or Nominees agreeing to the nomination and stating they will serve if elected.
