Student Resources for the 2023 Reality Fair - Bite of Reality

Welcome Seniors! We are so excited to be able to share this Bite of Reality with you!

WHEN & WHERE?

Wednesday April 12th, 2023 is the day of the event
Time: 8:30 am - 11:30 am (Please be in the bleechers by 9:00 am)
Montrose High School Lloyd McMillan Gym

This will be an In Person Event AND you will need to download the Bite of Reality App PRIOR to arriving .

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU ARRIVE...

When you arrive at the Montrose High School Lloyd McMillan Gym, you will need to find a seat on the bleechers and wait for instructions on how to proceed through the Reality Fair.

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU COMPLETE THE STEPS

Once you have completed the steps, return to the bleechers and wait for a group final instructions and event recap.

WHAT TO DO AFTER THE EVENT...

After the event, you will need to email your results to your school counselor. You must do this to be eligible for the scholarships and giveaways. Your counselors will be checking for completion.

SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

You can win some $$$$...Students will be eligible to apply for one of the scholarships by participating in the 2023 Reality Fair. If you are planning to attend school: either a Technical School, University, or College in the Fall of 2023 and will incur tuition costs, we encourage you to apply. Please complete this scholarship application by April 30th. Then email the application and your essay to bcoram@nuvista.org

For those that are not going to attend school in the Fall, don't worry, you have the chance to win some prizes at the event!

Bottom line is...remember to have fun!
