I, understand that the event is being held at the Venue and that participants may have access to areas outside of the designated event space. I acknowledge that this is an educational event and not a childcare or custodial program, and that participants are expected to follow all rules, policies, and regulations of the Venue while attending.

I understand that NuVista Federal Credit Union may remove any particpant, including my child, whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or violates Venue rules. I futher understand and agree that NuVista Federal Credit Union, its employees, volunteers, officers, and agents are not responsible for my child if my child leaves the designated event area, goes into other portions of the Venue, is removed for violating Venue rules, or leave the property altogether. I also give permission for photographs or video taken during the event to be used by NuVista Federal Credit Union for promotional or educational purposes without compensation. By signing below, I acknowledge and accept these terms and release and hold harmless NuVista Federal Credit Union from claims or liability arising from my child's participation in the event or departure from the designated event area.
