The liabilities are the owners personal liabilities which are the risks of the business for all assets owned whether used by the business or personally owned. All income and expenses of the business are included on the owner’s personal income tax return. DBA: is a form of a fictitious business name that is filed for the sole purpose of opening bank accounts. You are officially declaring that you are conducting business operations using a different name than your own. This allows checks to be written out to this business and cashed by the individual owning the dba. This is done to separate your personal account from your business account. Organizations: Entities that are established as non for profits. Such as any 501c group. Churches, Home Owners associations, Red Cross etc…
